Forced diversity is absolute cancer. With forced diversity comes shit like ''Affirmative action'' which means nothing else than companies and government bodies being forced into hiring minorities over the native population, even if the natives are higher educated or have more experience. In fact, in some universities, they're allowing people minorities that otherwise wouldn't have made the cut, and denying whites/asians with higher scores. All in the name of ''diversity''. This could well mean that that minority surgeon who's operating on your mother might not be qualified enough, but was hired because they lowered their standards and cause of his skin color.

Where does the obsession with tolerance come from? I think it's one of the stupidest things to want as it is neither achievable nor worth it. We claim to be tolerant societies but the truth is, we are intolerant to way more things than we tolerate. Tolerance nowadays is basically reduced to not being racist or homophobic. Tolerance in itself is the wrong way, it is stupid to tolerate things that would or could harm you. What we see in the west today, is giving up a well functioning system for the sake of being tolerant.
