Thịt gà mua về rửa sạch, cắt ức gà thành các miếng vừa phải (có thể cắt thành 3 miếng).
Nấm mỡ cắt thành miếng nhỏ và đặt sang một bên. Hành tây cắt miếng nhỏ.
Trong một đĩa để muối, bột mì và tiêu, đảo đều để muối và tiêu, bột mì lẫn vào nhau.
Đun nóng dầu ôliu trên chảo với lửa vừa. Lăn đều các miếng thịt gà vào bột mì. Sau đó cho thịt gà vào chảo chiên cho đến khi có màu vàng nâu. Sau đó cho gà ra để sang một bên.
Vẫn trong chảo đó, cho nấm vào xào cho đến khi vàng. Thêm hành tây vào nấm, xào cho đến khi hành tây mềm. Sau đó cho hỗn hợp nấm hành ra đĩa, để riêng.
Trong chảo đó, cho rượu vào và đun trong vòng một phút để rượu bốc hơi bớt. Cho kem whipping vào rượu rồi khuấy đều, đun sôi. Sau đó, đổ hỗn hợp nấm hành vào.
Khi ăn, xúc hỗn hợp nấm hành và nước sốt rưới lên trên thịt gà rồi ăn nóng nhé!
